BCBELA (BC Black Educational Leaders Association) is a collective of Black educators. We’re helping leaders transform schools by overcoming systemic barriers.
1:1 and group mentorship programs designed to support aspiring and current Black educators at every career stage, from classroom to organizational leadership.
We deliver interactive, culturally responsive workshops tailored to your school, district, or organization. This helps teams understand anti-Black racism and implement real change.
Our annual events, panels, and summits gather educators, community leaders, and change-makers to explore equity topics, build skills, and take action together.
We work with school boards, policymakers, and institutions to develop strategies that center Black voices and create measurable equity outcomes.
