Call for participants: Black males in higher education administration

Kaschka Watson, Assistant Professor of Administration, Leadership, and Policy in the Faculty of Education at Brock University, is conducting a study that aims to explore the impact of peer mentorship on the leadership advancement of Black males in Canadian post-secondary institutions. This research is significant because there is a lack of studies examining the effectiveness of peer mentorship in supporting the advancement of Black males into senior leadership roles. This study may fill a significant gap in the literature, and its findings may contribute valuable knowledge to the field of post-secondary education by highlighting the role of peer mentorship in facilitating the advancement of Black male leaders into senior leadership.
